Yes. We send official requests in Russian to hosting providers, registrars, sellers, and marketplaces, asking for information about the product and its source.
What actions do you take after a complaint is submitted?
We monitor the response, document the outcome, and, if necessary, follow up or escalate the case to relevant authorities.
Can you participate in legal proceedings?
Yes. With the brand’s consent, we can file claims under Russian law, acting as initiators or third parties.
Who can access detailed reports on a brand?
Only official brand representatives — after verification via corporate email or another trusted channel.
How long do you retain data on violations?
Up to 12 months, with the option to extend upon request. All data is securely stored and accessible only to verified individuals.
Do you work directly with Russian marketplaces?
Yes. We cooperate with Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex.Market, and other platforms within their legal and technical frameworks.
What types of brands do you work with?
